Before I get into the deliciousness that is Pici Beverly Hills.. Let me first tell you a little bit about the man behind it..

Jason Harley aka Chef J aka ENERGY ENERGY ENERGY!

When you walk into Pici.. Chef J will most likely be the one to greet you, seat you and give you a go of the menu..and if you are unsure he can identified by the silver wallet chain perpetually attached to his denim.

Okay now lets talk about the the place.. I was introduced to Pici a few weeks ago as I was having a completely separate meeting about something else entirely..

Hand rolled pasta..

Shrimp Scampi White Wine, Garlic, Chilies, Lemon

 1/16th of an inch thin crust Pizza..

Roasted Forest Mushrooms Truffle Oil, Crispy Leek

Awesome combo's of flavor and texture.. 

Chianti Braised short ribs w/oven roasted mashed potatoes and root vegetables

  Farm fresh locally grown produce.. 

Wild Arugula, Roasted Baby Beet Goat Cheese, Toasted Pistachios, Lemon EVOO Dressing
