A peep of of black lace on a set of beautiful lingerie. I've said it before and I'll say it again.. There is nothing like the feeling of good wardrobe under your wardrobe.
I couldn't leave you with just one Lingerie giveaway this week. I mean it's Valentines for goodness sakes.. and just a random side note.. This last giveaway post just wouldn't be complete with out a Gif..

Day 5 of the 5 days of V-day giveaways on Stuff She Likes.
It wouldn't be Valentines Day with out a little pop of pink (feel free to take that as you will). And since Day 1 has velvet, Day 2 has leopard and Day 3 has wild hearts, I thought that it was about time for something pink and girly for this 5 days of V Day GIVEAWAYS. This little La Mer Collections beauty is edgy yet girly .. perfect combo if you ask me.
I give you..
Day 4 of the 5 days of V-day giveaways on Stuff She Likes.
La Mer Watches are hand assembled and a combination between a time piece and jewelry. We all wear out bobbles next to our watches.. Why not skip a step and have it all right there!
When this adorable set arrived at my doorstep from Adore Me.. I had this awesome idea of how I wanted to shoot it. I was going to lay the set out and make it all pretty with some cool props.. and then I thought to myself..
Taye you better throw that set on and be proud!!
...and that's exactly what I did. Let me tell you, this was such a fun shoot. I recommend that everyone woman at least once in their life be photographed in her undies in front of a big window as people walk by.. It's quite liberating!
I give you...
Day 2 of the 5 days of V-day giveaways here on Stuff She Likes
Now because these are Valentines Day giveaways they would not be complete with out some sexy lingerie.. And this is the first of two sets I will be giving away this week.
It's that time again to get into The Mix. With this brand new episode we are talking relationships, dating, being married and a little game called F**K, Marry, Kill with our fabulous guests, Leah and Mary from A Fab Life.
This Friday is especially fun for me because I get to show off my new do. Freshly cut and perfectly sun kissed. The awesome folks over at Salon Benjamin have made me a happy girl.. I cannot wait to share the full post on my amazing experience in my new favorite salon.
With that said lets move on to the outfit. After all it is
There is something about wearing clothes that you know come from love..
I had the opportunity to tour the Gypsy 05 showroom & factory this week along with Kier, Stephanie and Jenny and I have to say.. I was already in love with the brand. This private tour took that love to a whole other level.
It's been a while since I pulled out my trusty overalls. This past summer they were a constant in my wardrobe rotation. Since Los Angeles seems to be in a never ending ever present state if summer...not complaints here.. I thought I would digg them up..
A simple outfit for a simple day of castings and errands. No thought necessary!
Episode 2 of The Mix is up and live... and this episode is all about BOYS!! YAY.. Watch as Grasie, Myself and Sazan Talk men's fashion the Gay & Straight of it, stereotypes and and a fun Celeb game of Straight, Gay or a Woman?.. with our
Comfy and Casual. More and more lately I find myself really wanting to be super simple.. not a whole lot of accessories..or hoopla. I just want to get dressed and look good without fuss. Which brings me back to my love affair with jumpers. I realize
It's been while since I have done an event post... and since I do go to so many events I thought this year I would bring you guys along for the ride.. After all if you can't been there why not bring the fun to you.
So I will apologize in advance for the quality of the photo's in these event posts from here on.. Most of the time these events have what I like to call sexy lighting.. which translates to grainy not so perfect photo's.. But hey life isn't perfect right.
This week I attended some pretty sweets events.. filled with
Inspiration is a wondrous thing. The process of being stimulated creatively is awesome. With that said, I have been inspired... Inspired by awards season. Glamorous gowns, embellished fabrics, high heels and
I would not be right to not kick off awards season with out a proper Stuff She Likes best of the Golden Globes 2014. The Globes are officially the start of awards season. This is the time when all the hard work and dedication of the "best" of Hollywood for the last year is recognized via awards shows, luncheons, press conferences, more luncheons and more awards shows. It's also nearly three months of fashion porn where we get to drool, love and often times hate what some of our favorite actors and actresses decide to adorn their bodies with.
The Look: Jacket: Vintage Levis. Dress: Shoes: Stella McCartney. Top: Zara, Cuff: CC Skye. Necklace: Capwell & Co. Clutch: Sole Society c/o. Sunnies: D&G.
I've never been one to hide the fact that I am a repeat offender when it comes to my closet. Lets face it, much to a lot of our dismay we actually have to re-wear items in our closets. Personally I love the ease of a re-wear. When I find a piece I like, I can't wait to wear it over and over again! Case in point.. Since
Slim and relaxed.. ........
.....................Distressed yet polished...
Feminine yet edgy..............
I adore when a look comes together with all three concepts.. Comfort is the name of the game and everything about this look was wrapped in comfort. Okay maybe the shoes after a while were not so hot in the comfort department.. But that's an easy fix. Switch out the heels for a pair of super cute pointed toe loafers and BAM!.. Comfort city!
As 2013 came to an end I was super excited about new beginnings..and still am! But before we swing fully in to 2014.. let's face it most of us are still accidentally writing 2013 on our checks.. I though it would be fun to post my favorite 25 looks of 2013. Man was that hard..
The worst part was narrowing it down. I loved too many and so many came with such great memories that I wanted to just post them all. This is where I am still learning the art of "the edit". Let's note that I still have note come close to mastering it.
