Let me start off by saying ..Yay for the long weekend (I'm literally doing a little dance). I for one love the 4th of July. Pool parties, BBQ, sun and lots of fun. It's kind of funny but for some reason it is one of those holidays where I can never seem to remember what I did the year before. No really.. I am sitting here trying my hardest to remember what I did last year and I can't. It's kind of the fun of it. It never gets old because...
I don't keep reliving it over and over. With that said the dilemma of what to wear on the day we celebrate the Independence of the United States seems to be an age old question. So many options.. Do I go casual? Do I spice it up? Should I rock red, white and blue head to toe? All valid questions.. and just because I don't remember what I did on do many past 4th of July's, does not mean I forgot what I wore. In the past I have gone to both ends of the spectrum. Super patriotic.. actually wearing flag printed garments to just hints of red white and blue. It all works people.
If you are feeling at a loss. Go for a good old jumper. I actually consider the jumper a wardrobe staple and what better time to wear it. I mean it seriously doubles as a swimsuit cover up/casual poolside look and then transitions into nighttime cuteness with the change out of the footwear. Super simple.. Super cute!
Happy Independence Day Ya'lls!
