Last week was filled with adventure.. they say when it rains it pours and I for one welcome the rain when it comes in the form of two awesome trips in one week..

So after a week in NYC (photo's to come soon) I hopped on a plane and headed to Miami for Swim week with Kyboe watches.. P.S. I had not touched Miami soil in about 8 years... I know I know  crazy!

I forgot how amazingly beautiful South Beach is.. The sky, the sun, the sand,  I even love the humidity (to a point)..

So while Miami is known for skimpy clothes and amazing bodies..  My goal was to be uber classy in the way I dressed...
...Apart from my romps on the beach in my itty bitty bikini's (totally appropriate) I wanted to stay away from skimpy dresses and tight crotch riding shorts.   Totally amazing for those who's style is that .. but for me the wardrobe word of the weekend was "Flow".. and my first look I did  just that.

This H&M dress which I got on sale for $25 bucks was super easy, light and made me feel like a queen.   Styling it with a vintage Escada charm belt, clutch and flats was perfect for walking South beach and taking in the day.. And the day I took in.   I wanted to soak it all up while I was there... and now that I did that .. Miami has definitely not seen that last of me.

Stay tuned for the rest of my Miami and NYC looks over the next week!  Yay!
